Arroz Con Leche
Ingredients:
½ Cup White Rice
Cinnamon Powder
3 Cloves
1 Can Evaporated Milk
½ Cup Sugar
1 Teaspoon Butter
½ Cup Raisins The rice is first cooked in two cups of water along with the cinnamon, cloves, and sugar. After the rice is cooked, the milk butter and raisins are added. Finally, cinnamon is sprinkled on top as a finishing touch (Food).
